It all began years back with an idea to create sweet treats for friends and family, I started creating and decorating all kind of cakes; wedding, birthday, celebration, or just for pleasure cakes.

Baking and its wonderful, varied aspects and sometimes unexpected results has not always been my first choice. I discovered the magic of mixing, beating and blending of delicious desert at later years after I finished my Master Degree in Computer Information System and my first child was born. I continued to pursue my interest by reading and studying lots (I mean lots of them) of cooking and decorating books.

With years of experience and self-taught techniques, I, Noi, have discovered that my deeply passionate about cake decorating is more than just bake a cake and apply icing. There is no boundary when it came to decorating no matter cakes or cookies, so I don't limit my desire just a cake with color of frosting and some flowers. There are more possibilities than I ever imagine.

I love the adventure of taking your ideas, blending with my own and working them into an irresistible feast for the eye and palate. I am especially devoted to playing with colors and I love to challenge myself with art and design ideas from others and myself. Hours of work and days of preparation are countless, but the joy and smile of person who receive it is more than words can describe.
